Licensed in 2017, Ankur began working with Century 21 Coastal Realty. Since becoming a licensed agent Ankur sold more than 100 properties in 2019 and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” at the 2020 Fraser Valley Medallion Gala.

Watching his dad Sameer Kaushal buy and sell homes for his clients, Ankur gained the same passion for helping people buy and sell their dream homes. After 2 years at the University Of British Columbia studying Biology Ankur decided to pursue a career in Real estate and put forth the same lessons of hard work, honesty and transparency in the business he learned from Sameer growing up. This crash course in being a top realtor gave Ankur a distinct advantage in helping his clients.
